Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect - Presales

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to drive security solutions for clients, focusing on Identity Management, Access Governance, Single Sign-On (SSO)/Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Active Directory, and Certificate/Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in IT service, OEM, or operations management with expertise in IAM, security solution design, and pre-sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to design, create, and improve comprehensive IAM solutions.
- Conduct proof of concepts, demos, and develop IAM roadmaps and strategies aligned with customer IT policies.
- Communicate and educate stakeholders on security management strategies that balance business requirements.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in IAM.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and design customized IAM solutions.
- Guide the architecture, planning, and design of IAM infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to support cloud and on-premise service integrations.
- Market IAM solutions to internal and external business partners.
- Educate and coach senior-level stakeholders on IAM strategies and solutions.
- Articulate the benefits and technical aspects of IAM systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- IAM strategies, roadmaps, and standards.
- Proof of concepts, demos, and technical designs.
- Recommendations and solutions for Identity Lifecycle Management, SSO/MFA, Certificate Management/PKI, Identity Governance, and Database Security.
- 10-15 years in the IAM domain, preferably with Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Extensive experience in pre-sales and solution design for IAM or security solutions.
- Proficiency in Identity Lifecycle Management, SSO/MFA, PKI, Identity Governance, and Database Security.
- Knowledge of best practices in security architecture and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops and driving technical discussions with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to stay abreast of emerging technologies and evolving security threats.
