Job details
Job Responsibilities: Provides information and/or direction upon enquiries from members of the public. Reception of patients from ambulance, private transport and walk-in patients. Sends patients on wheelchair or trolley to their destination when necessary. Assists patients on and off wheelchair and trolley with care. Assists in serving drinks and diet to patients. Updates patients and next-of-kin on waiting time for consultation. Issues pagers to next-of-kin. Assists patients at self-registration kiosk at ED. Any other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
