About The Role The Enterprise Service Creation Engineer is responsible for driving the core development, design, automation, and integration of lead to cash systems for B2B Enterprise solutions, liaising with the B2B Enterprise team to ensure that all lead to cash processes meet the design and software requirements moving forward. Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and design of core software/applications to facilitate the automation and documentation of all lead to cash processes for the B2B Enterprise team as well as Enterprise customer management systems moving forward.
- Oversee coordination with the B2B team on the latest requests for required designs, new fields, and steps with automation requirements for lead to cash processes and drive the development of new software solutions to address these requests.
- Coordinate with the external providers for any key change requests regarding the customization of the proprietary software for Zain requirements.
- Manage and oversee all required internal integrations between the lead to cash systems and other internal systems such as CPQ and SEIBIL.
- Manage coordination between internal stakeholders including other members of the Technical team to ensure that all lead to cash processes developments are aligned where necessary and developed as efficiently as possible.
- Oversee the establishment of KPIs with regards to enterprise service creation activities and review reports on progress updates to the department manager making actionable recommendations to resolve any pain points.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate stakeholders towards a common goal.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
- Excellent understanding of core coding languages including JavaScript, Python, SQL, etc.
- Experience with developing lead to cash systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Working knowledge of agile development frameworks.
- Knowledgeable in BSS Enterprise solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of system support processes specific to the telecom industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office toolkit (Excel, PPT).
