Ambitious professional sought to serve as Chief Enrollment and Student Affairs Officer, leading the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of student affairs and enrollment management functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the President's Cabinet on key decisions and policy-making initiatives.
- Provide exceptional organizational support to the President's Office, focusing on student-related matters.
- Oversee all aspects of enrollment management and student affairs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Serve as the chief student advocate, promoting student success and well-being.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services to enhance student enrollment, engagement, and persistence.
- Foster strong relationships with partner universities, facilitating successful transfer and implementation of programs.
- Create co-curricular opportunities that enrich students' learning experiences.
- Work closely with the VPAA to coordinate enrollment management efforts, academic advising, course scheduling, and co-curricular programming.
- Supervise staff, including marketing and research initiatives, student life functions, and registration services.
- Lead the development and maintenance of policy and procedure manuals, ensuring departmental compliance.
- Assist in budget planning, providing accurate student enrollment projections and data.
- Manage the divisional budget, monitoring expenditures and prioritizing needs.
- Present reports and correspondence related to student matters.
- Represent the University at community functions and events.
Requirements:
- Mastery of higher education administration principles and practices.
- Expertise in technology application, particularly student information systems.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and community members.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or related field.
- Seven years plus experience in higher education, preferably in increasingly complex executive roles.
