Marketing Lead

Marketing Lead We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to spearhead our global marketing efforts and expand Digify's presence. As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across product marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and social media. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with experience in the SaaS sector and a proven track record of driving growth through effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine a global marketing strategy for Digify, leveraging data to inform evidence-based decisions. Lead and mentor a team of three marketers to execute the strategy effectively, fostering professional development and performance management. Establish and track marketing KPIs, ensuring objectives are met consistently, and collaborating with finance and leadership for alignment. Deeply understand the Digify product, its users, competitors, and market dynamics, and create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Digify. Identify new opportunities to reach key markets and expand market share, and manage lead acquisition funnels and nurture prospective customers. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the SaaS sector. Near-native or native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written). Proven success creating and executing growth-focused marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of lead generation, content marketing, and social media. Experience managing a small marketing team, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
