The Opportunity: Permanent Role Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm Working Location: Central-South The Client: Adecco is partnering with a Luxury Retail client to seek an IT Executive who will be responsible for managing IT support and infrastructure for South East Asia, ensuring smooth operation of end-user devices, IT systems, and networks. The Job: Address IT issues and support end users across South East Asia (SEA) offices and boutiques. Provide regular on-site and remote support for office and boutique users in SEA, with occasional support to other regions. Contribute to IT-related projects like boutique openings, office renovations, and event setups. Monitor IT services, manage users/devices, handle IT budgets, procurement, and inventory. Maintain IT documentation and vendor contracts, provide feedback on IT policies and procedures. Help evaluate and improve IT service performance in the APAC region. The Talent: Strong IT support skills, project participation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams regionally and globally. Willing to travel across Southeast Asia for regional support.
