Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our supply chain management team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in the consumer electronics industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet customer demands and reduce costs.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product level forecasting or product supply planning in a global sourcing organization.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain projects and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
