Restaurant Manager We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Hawalli. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, customer service, and overall business performance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and maximize profits
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for food and beverage purchases
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial data
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
