Restaurant Manager We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Hawalli. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, customer service, and overall business performance. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
2. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
3. Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
4. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and maximize profits
8. Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
9. Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for food and beverage purchases

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills
3. Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial data
4. Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations
6. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
