Job details
Main responsibilities: Channel development:
- Develop and implement channel expansion plan according to company development strategy;
- Identify potential partners, establish and maintain good cooperation relationship;
- Select dealers, distributors and partners who meet the company's standards.
- Responsible for channel network construction and daily management, optimize channel structure;
- Track channel sales performance, analyze data and propose improvement suggestions;
- Organize regular channel training and incentive activities to enhance the sales ability and enthusiasm of partners.
- Assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans;
- Collect market feedback and competitor dynamics, adjust channel strategy;
- Assist sales team to carry out activities and support sales target achievement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, or a related role is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and market trends; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM and DMS systems.
- All nationalities are welcome.
- Based in Saudi Arabia.
- Transferrable iqama, and the previous company does not mind for transferring his services.
- Good experience in sales or marketing, especially in the Motors field.
