Job Scope The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on solutions and services provided by Information & Communication Technology in various industry sectors related to Cyber Security solutions. S/He designs, configures, tests, and implements projects while training and overseeing the team. Main Duties & Responsibilities Technical and Operations

  1. Design, configure and customize solutions provided to clients as requested and validated by internal and external stakeholders;
  2. Develop technical specifications related to Cyber Security solutions and achieve final consensus;
  3. Conduct a GAP analysis for all technical issues such as but not limited to interfaces to other systems and new applications/modules recommending enhancements and solving complaints and inquiries;
  4. Manage upgrade and programming exercises and implementations;
  5. Develop and complete proper internal documentation and update existing ones when necessary;
  6. Conduct on-site Technical Training;
  7. Promote a professional image of the company and the professional services function at all times;
Talent Development
  1. Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
  2. Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field;
  2. At least 7 years of relevant experience;
  3. Cybersecurity experience in F5 or Fortinet technology;
