We are looking for a PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER , with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Fine Dining Restaurants, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or any related field of study, an associate's degree, holding a Qatar ID, and able to provide NOC to join our company located in Doha, Qatar. Summary: The Photographer/Videographer is responsible for taking clear, dynamic videos and photos according to the brand’s specifications. His duties include setting up backdrops, lighting, and equipment to prepare for a video and photoshoot, directing models and subjects to capture the perfect image, and editing the videos and photos to remove blemishes and correct lighting issues. He will closely collaborate with the Marketing department. Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:

1. Expertly operate cameras and associated accessories, such as lenses, tripods, and external flashes.
2. Work with digital imaging equipment, which includes uploading video and photographs to digital and online databases and posting it on the internet.
3. Execute standard video and photography operation procedures including film editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines.
4. Insert closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video.
5. Add computer graphics and special effects to a video.
6. Oversee brand standards, lighting technique, and video or image quality.
7. Archive videos and images and organize their files.
8. Maintain clean and organized studio and on-site environments, arranging props and other products as needed to capture the desired video and images.
9. Return all props and products to their proper locations and clean up all equipment and materials used for the video or photoshoot.
10. Keep equipment up to date, organized, and maintained.
11. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Retail teams.
12. Drive towards continuous improvement and creative solutions.
13. Utilize up-to-date knowledge of product trends, consumer buying, and film/photography/imaging technology to enhance product video and photo presentation.

• Strong creative skills and artistic abilities to capture videos and images.
• Technical acumen to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
• Proficiency with film editing software and camera equipment.
• Maintain high standards for creative output.
• Strong work ethic.
• Keen eye for detail to notice even the smallest imperfections that may compromise the video and images.
• Basic social media skills including Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Ability to size video and images and color settings for the web and social media.
• SEO and social media marketing.
• Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work on multiple projects at once and manage many people and tasks simultaneously.
• Physical strength and ability to carry heavy equipment, stand, walk, squat, and crouch to get into position to take videos and photos.
