Your Day to Day A Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the bakery section within the hotel kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of bakery items meet the highest quality standards. You will also support the pastry kitchen operations as and when needed. What We Need From You Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
