Ahead of the culinary pack, we seek a seasoned and skilled Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight of food preparation, menu development, and quality control to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
Culinary innovation through creation of new menus and dish enhancements.
Dish approval and presentation before customer service.
Inventory management, including equipment and ingredient ordering and repair coordination.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution within the kitchen environment.
Staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Direct supervision of subordinate personnel.
Workload estimation and compensation determination for kitchen staff.
Maintenance of payroll and attendance records.
Compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Proven Head Chef experience.
Ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Staying current with culinary trends and optimizing kitchen processes.
Proficiency in computer software (MS Office, restaurant management systems, POS).
Health and safety certification.
Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
