Job-Specific Responsibilities

  1. HR Strategy & Alignment
    1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    2. Ensure HR initiatives are coherent with business objectives to achieve synergy.
  2. Employee Relations
    1. Address employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    2. Provide guidance for fair and consistent resolution of issues.
  3. Performance Management
    1. Support performance evaluation processes and employee feedback mechanisms.
    2. Assist in addressing performance issues and creating development plans.
  4. Workforce Planning
    1. Assist in workforce and succession planning to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  5. HR Data & Reporting
    1. Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve practices.
    2. Prepare reports to provide insights into workforce dynamics and trends.
  6. Legal Compliance
    1. Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and mitigate legal risks.
    2. Maintain updated knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
  7. Policy Development
    1. Research and contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies.
    2. Enhance HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Employee Engagement
    1. Organize events and surveys to foster employee morale and satisfaction.
  9. Employee Development
    1. Plan and execute programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  10. Diversity and Inclusion
    1. Promote a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  1. 2-6 years of experience in HR or a related role.

Skills

  1. Proficient knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Saudi labor law.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other analytical tools.
  6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support multiple stakeholders.

Languages

  1. Fluent in English.
