Change Management Consultant. Galway. Hybrid / Remote. Contract. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant to collaborate closely with their Organizational Development (OD) lead in establishing and enhancing their change management methodology and tools. This role will be pivotal in driving change initiatives, setting up a robust Community of Practice (CoP), and equipping trainers with the skills necessary to sustain change efforts across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Methodology Development:
- Partner with the OD lead to design and refine a comprehensive change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs.
- Develop and integrate change management tools and frameworks that support various organizational initiatives.
- Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across departments.
- Provide guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver a "train-the-trainer" program to build internal capacity for change management.
- Support trainers in mastering the change management methodology and tools, enabling them to coach and guide their teams.
- Establish and facilitate a CoP for change management practitioners within the organization.
- Create a platform for sharing best practices, challenges, and success stories to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as a change agent, providing expertise and support to leaders and teams in managing change effectively.
- Ensure alignment between change initiatives and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their change management needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to promote buy-in and support for change efforts.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
- Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
- Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in "train-the-trainer" programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role within a complex organizational structure.
