Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities Assisting Corporate Secretary in handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our client, including but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparation of directors' and shareholder resolutions. Ensuring compliance in accordance with relevant statutory requirements and maintaining statutory registers and statutory returns. Performing other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements Diploma in Business Administration or above. Prior experience in a relevant field will be an advantage. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Proficient working attitude, proactive, good team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
