Landlord-Tenant Associate

Responsibilities As a Permanent Landlord-Tenant Associate, you will be responsible for

• Managing a caseload of landlord-tenant matters from inception through resolution.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements, eviction notices, and other related documents.
• Representing landlords and tenants in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conducting legal research and drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Providing legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Working collaboratively with other members of our legal team on complex litigation matters.
• Staying abreast of current trends, rulings, and changes in landlord-tenant law.
• Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain existing ones.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in landlord-tenant law, with a strong emphasis on litigation.
• Proven track record of representing clients in court and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• High level of integrity and professional responsibility.
• Commitment to continuing legal education and professional development.
