Sales Engineer (Fire Pump) /& Project Coordinator (Site)

1. Sales Representative (Water Pump) - Farrer Park Salary range: $4,000 - $5,500 + $80 Phone + $700 (With vehicle) Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm Responsibilities: Maintain existing accounts and build new accounts by referral/networking/cold calls. Attend to sales enquiries, sales support, and site-related matters. Visit customers at their workplace for presentation/canvassing/build rapport. Assist to monitor payments from customers. Any related ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Minimum Requirements: ITE/Diploma in Engineering fields. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Knowledge of fire pumps and related systems. Must possess class 3 driving license. 2. Assistant Engineer (Japanese Speaking) Salary range: $2,800 - $4,000 Allowance: Transport - $100, Mobile - $40 Responsibilities: Supporting Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test. Maintain reliable service tool inventory. Upkeep Service Documents including timesheets, service reports, follow-ups, daily logs, expenses, etc. Upkeep engineering documentation - drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's. Troubleshooting, debugging, and integration processes. Knowledge of vacuum machine operation and machine construction. Submit timely documents of service activities and expenses. Minimum Requirements: ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic Engineering. Proficiency in Japanese is essential as need to liaise with Japanese at HQ. Hands-on experience with high vacuum equipment, pumps, chillers, and compressors. Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
