This position will be responsible for driving the delivery of our continuous listing strategy communications, ensuring all the communications are optimized to target the identified audience, selecting the best mix of communication channels and the best timing to ensure the key messages are accurately and consistently expressed. Requirements:

  1. Experience in project management
  2. Background in change management and organizational development
  3. Understanding of communication and engagement best practices
  4. Knowledge of using SharePoint as an internal communications tool
  5. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office products)
  6. Editing, writing, and proofreading skills
  7. Responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with the company goal and serve the purpose of the listening strategy
  8. Craft employee-focused communications, engaging content, manage internal communication channels, and maintain a consistent brand voice
  9. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective change management communications
  10. Identify and address resistance to change and work collaboratively with the Employee Experience team to overcome challenges and foster a positive transition
Main Duties:
  1. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective change management communications
  2. Assess the impact of change on individuals, teams, and organizations and identify potential challenges and opportunities
  3. Provide project leadership by planning, managing, editing, and writing narratives to support strategic priorities of the company's continued listening strategy
  4. Develop communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, videos, presentations)
