The Digital Media Director for MOJEH Magazine will drive the growth of our digital business, focusing on fashion, beauty, watches, and jewelry. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign management to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization. Strategy and Revenue Growth
- Define a 1-2 year digital roadmap with the CDO, focusing on paid media, affiliates, and revenue growth.
- Develop and pitch advertising opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Optimize social and website advertising performance (programmatic, display, Meta, newsletters) and affiliate initiatives (e-commerce, dropshipping).
- Plan, execute, and monitor media activities, ensuring efficient processes for placements.
- Provide data-driven insights with monthly performance reports to refine strategies.
- Utilize Google Ad Platforms and CMS tools for accurate tagging, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with the Commercial Director on bookings and the Editorial Team for content alignment.
- Supervise creative teams and ensure cohesive digital vision execution.
- Manage workflow, deliverables, and reporting for third-party collaborations.
- Stay informed on emerging digital trends like Web 3.0 and AI to enhance strategies.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost audience engagement and strengthen partnerships.
- Explore new ad formats for display / social to increase performance and revenue with engaging solutions
Skills and Experience Required
- Proficient in Google Ad Platforms (Ads, Analytics, Ad Manager, Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with Strapi, Stripe, Hubspot, and Canva.
- Knowledge of viewability metrics and performance optimization tactics.
- Proven experience in digital media management, focusing on paid media and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle industries preferred.
- Creative, data-driven mindset adaptable to evolving business goals.
