GEMS FirstPoint School is looking for a Store Officer who will manage the school’s consumable and non-consumable resources, maintain accurate inventory records, and oversee the distribution of items to students and staff while supporting financial and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate inventory records and efficient store management.
  2. Liaise with the Purchasing Officer for budget preparation and procurement needs.
  3. Verify and report periodic inventory levels.
  4. Manage printing orders for school reports, letterheads, and diaries.
  5. Assist the school Accountant in daily accounting tasks.
  6. Ensure adherence to GEMS policies and financial protocols.
  7. Engage actively in staff meetings and committee work as required.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
