GEMS FirstPoint School is looking for a Store Officer who will manage the school’s consumable and non-consumable resources, maintain accurate inventory records, and oversee the distribution of items to students and staff while supporting financial and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and efficient store management.
- Liaise with the Purchasing Officer for budget preparation and procurement needs.
- Verify and report periodic inventory levels.
- Manage printing orders for school reports, letterheads, and diaries.
- Assist the school Accountant in daily accounting tasks.
- Ensure adherence to GEMS policies and financial protocols.
- Engage actively in staff meetings and committee work as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
