Job Description To lead initiatives to identify and prevent revenue leakage, reduce cost, increase revenue, and minimize loss for IPS - Infinity Payment Solutions (Mobile Money). Skills Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  1. Perform gap analysis & remediation for various reports and streams in Telecom domain.
  2. Strong Excel skills; big plus if savvy with Macro and RA tools (system knowledge E.g. WeDo, TCS, Subex, TCG etc).
  3. Root cause analysis and drive resolution cross-functionally within/outside the organization.
  4. Identify and define system/process requirements necessary to control and resolve revenue leakage/opportunities.
Key accountabilities:
  1. Margin Assurance KPIs Exception Analysis & Reporting (E.g. Telecom OSS/BSS, Mobile Financial Services (MFS) / Cash Reconciliation, Rating & Billing Validations, etc.).
  2. Preparation of Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly). Coordination with other stakeholder teams for issue resolution/clarifications.
  3. Support the team in implementation and automation of KPIs as per MA roadmap and business needs to mitigate potential risks.
  4. Coordinate with the offshore team on their activities (SSC/TSSC).
  5. Provide necessary inputs for Monthly Dashboard, audit queries.
  6. Support the team/Line Manager in any other assigned tasks and in achieving the target.
Qualifications:
  1. University degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields. Technology/IT degree will be added value.
  2. 5-7 years’ experience in revenue assurance/data base in a telecommunication/solution management company.
  3. Ability to multi-task effectively.
  4. Excellent, clear verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
  5. Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Excel and Access. Working knowledge of data analysis/query tools.
  6. Understanding of Telecom business & Products from Risk Management/Margin Assurance perspective.
