Title: Senior Manager Digital Marketing & MediaClient: Leading Financial Institution (Banking Group)Location: Doha, QatarJob Purpose:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing ecosystem across paid, owned, and earned channels. The incumbent will provide marketing campaigns that promote the brand, products, and services. In addition, they will lead all the bank's digital channels such as website, physical, and virtual network and all upcoming digital platforms. Furthermore, to ensure cohesive online and offline communication, the incumbent will oversee the offline media discipline and ensure integrated communications.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the organisation's annual digital marketing plan across Paid, Owned, and Earned Media including PPC (pay per click), SEO (search engine optimization), Social Media, Affiliates across local and international markets.Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide ongoing reporting.Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Set up and optimize PPC campaigns.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against targeted goals (ROI & KPI).Devise innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into the organisation's overarching marketing strategy.Implement strategies to drive traffic to the website including SEO & PPC.Create and maintain the digital marketing policy and framework.Lead negotiations across local and international markets on key media bookings and contracts to ensure optimized exposure at preferential costs.Devise MarTech solutions for excellence in planning, operations, and customer experience.Implement departmental policies and procedures to establish an effective presence across both offline and online channels.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Communications and Public Relations.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.Working knowledge of ad servicing tools.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (Preferred).Solid management experience and record of accomplishment in motivating and building strong teams.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of standards and best practices for online media.Strong analytical, forecasting, and research skills.Strong skills for networking and relationship building.Experience enabling strong interdepartmental relationships.Resilient, with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism under pressure.Note: You will be required to attach the following:1.
