Role: Energy ManagerClient: Leading ESG ConsultancyLocation: DublinSalary: Competitive salary & packageOur Client:Our client is an Irish-owned leading ESG Consultancy, which forms part of a larger International Group that focuses on the Built Environment.Their ESG Division has been formed in recent years and has gone from strength to strength, with work across Ireland & Europe, and offers multiple services through Energy Management, ESG Accreditation, Carbon Reduction & Data Analytics.The Role:Our client is seeking an Energy Manager to come in and assist their clients in optimizing their Buildings performance through conducting Energy Audits, compiling Building Improvement Programs, and interacting closely with all stakeholders to achieve positive change.In this client-facing role you will also analyse data in order to form specific Improvement Plans, offer guidance on the optimization of client's Portfolio's BMS systems, assist in conducting SI 426 Audits, and also liaise with Utility Providers and Facilities Management providers.Peopel with Accreditations such as Certified Energy Managers, ND BER Assessors, and HPI would excel in this role, as would people with experience in Part L and Operational Energy Assessments.Requirements:Third Level Qualification in Energy/Mechanical/Electrical/Sustainability2+ years' experience in an Energy roleCEM CMVP or CEA accredation highly beneficialNon-Domestic BER accreditation beneficialExperience in conducting SI426 Audits neededAccreditation in BREEAM/LEED/BER highly beneficialUnderstanding of BMS Systems requiredTrack-record in Data Analytics beneficialPackage:Competitive salary, Hybrid working, 25 days's Annual Leave, discretionary bonus, pension, and other perks on offer.
