You will be a proven leader within the Automotive Industry to manage and motivate the onsite production team based at our Mascot site. Role responsibilities Organise team and workflow through production Ensure quality repair is completed to scope within time frame Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times Does this sound like you?
