Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develops and executes strategic plan in collaboration across the BA and as necessary across Trelleborg. Business Intelligence: Ensures that business intelligence is gathered for collaboration with other functions to fill gaps in serving the market and innovation activities (C4 C and other tools). Sales Execution: Sales execution within the region and supports global sales execution of strategic accounts. Customer Experience: Established customer experience level and works across the organization to ensure that the customer experience expectations are clearly understood, working towards KPI’s to measure. Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvement of processes and functions related to the customer experience and works collaboratively with supply chain and other functions. Talent Management: Ensures recruiting, development, and retention of technical talent to keep TMS as a technical leader in the field. Brand Vision: Drive the vision of the TMS brand in the region and global market and work with marketing resources to effectively promote brand. KPI Tracking: Develops relevant KPI tracking to ensure leading and lagging indicators can drive action for improvement. Customer Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, capital, and technology, to achieve business unit objectives. Innovation Promotion: Promote innovation and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the business unit's performance or disrupt operations. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies are followed. Employee Development: Support employee development, training, and performance evaluations within the business unit. Executive Communication: Provide regular updates to the Business Area President and participate in executive-level communication and decision-making. Sustainable Practices: Implement sustainable and socially responsible practices in the business unit, aligning with the company's values. Crisis Management: Develop and execute crisis management plans and strategies to address unforeseen challenges or emergencies. Quality Assurance: Ensure products or services meet quality standards and are delivered efficiently. Expansion Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion. Alignment of Goals: Ensure that the business unit's goals and strategies align with the overarching BA objectives. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations within the business unit. Financial Health: Take responsibility for the financial health of the BU. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve targets. Product Development: Drive the development and enhancement of products or services to meet customer needs and remain competitive. Staff Development: Develops staff to ensure succession planning, engagement, and DE & I initiatives are met. Other Duties: Other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
