The Product Owner plays a critical role in driving the success of The Boundary by leading the vision, strategy, and development of the Realspace SaaS platform. This role requires a passionate and data-driven individual who can translate customer needs and market trends into a compelling product roadmap. Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, the Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritising product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring the Realspace platform consistently meets the evolving needs of our customers. Key Accountabilities Product

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for Realspace, outlining the product vision, features, and release timelines.
  2. Leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and identify opportunities for product optimisation.
  3. Drive a data-driven and results-oriented approach to product development, focusing on measurable outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure Realspace remains at the forefront of the market.
Integrations
  1. Define and manage the integration strategy for Realspace, ensuring seamless connectivity with other relevant platforms and tools.
  2. Work with developers to implement and test integrations, ensuring data accuracy and a smooth user experience.
  3. Monitor the performance of integrations and identify areas for improvement.
Customer
  1. Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to develop a customer journey map for Realspace users, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Analyse Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to understand customer sentiment and identify areas for product improvement.
  3. Organise and facilitate customer workshops to gather direct feedback and ensure Realspace aligns with evolving customer needs.
Realspace Platform
  1. Lead the prioritisation, backlog refinement, and user story creation for the Realspace frontend application and back end CMS.
  2. Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure a seamless and user-centric experience.
  3. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee the quality and functionality of new features and updates.
  4. Facilitate effective sprint planning sessions, defining clear goals and user stories for each development cycle.
  5. Lead quarterly planning meetings, establishing product priorities and aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
  6. Champion Agile methodologies within the development team, fostering a collaborative and iterative approach.
  7. Own product backlog prioritisation, using data and customer insights to ensure we're focusing on the most impactful features.

Requirements

  1. Preferred Work Experience - Proven experience working as a Product Owner with experience delivering a digital product, ideally with a Front End & CMS focus.
  2. Desired Certification or Qualifications - Project Management and Agile Certifications. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
  3. Technology & Systems - Figma, Miro, Shortcut or Jira. Basic understanding of React, WebGL is advantageous. Interest in Unreal Engine or gaming engines are a bonus.
  4. Learning Agility - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
  5. Mindset & Attitude - Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering a product that exceeds user expectations.
  6. Communication - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Process / Delivery Management - Excellent organisational skills, with solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in facilitating product development ceremonies.
