Job details
- Plan inventory and non-inventory stock purchase by checking on the usage and demand
- Monitor stock level, ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid out of stock situation
- Maintain accurate recordings and ensure relevant documentations are all in order
- Monitor on sample and goods delivery status
- Ensure receiving of the goods tally with specification (visually) needed
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a minimum of a diploma, bachelor degree in business / supply chain or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year working experience in purchasing
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, candidate with SQL accounting proficiency will have added advantage
