In this role, you’ll help align capability development with strategic objectives and take the lead in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions. Using a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, you’ll interpret results, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure our learning strategy delivers real value. About You You are a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and development. You have exceptional relationship-building skills and thrive in collaborative environments. Your ability to analyze data and drive meaningful solutions sets you apart. Key Responsibilities Perform capability planning and analysis with key business stakeholders to develop and maintain a capability plan aligned with business strategy and growth plans. Conduct performance consulting, utilizing business data to identify and address root causes of performance gaps, and prioritize solution requirements. Collaborate with the LX Specialist to communicate requirements for effective LX solutions. Develop and implement frameworks, methodologies, and tools to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning strategies and LX solutions. Report on evaluations of learning strategies and LX solutions, driving data-informed improvements. Partner with the Head of Learning & Development (L&D) and the broader L&D team to enhance LX solutions and L&D activities. Support change management initiatives to build a strong learning culture across the organization. Build and maintain effective relationships with key roles across the business to continuously develop individuals and teams. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a similar capability or Learning and Development role. Strong business acumen and ability to align learning strategies with business goals. Demonstrated expertise in capability planning, performance consulting, and solution evaluation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience in analysing and interpreting LMS reports to evaluate learner engagement and learning program effectiveness. Remuneration package offered is between $125,000-$135,000 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading, dependent on level of education and experience.
