Job Description Based in Sydney, the purpose of this role is to provide financial leadership, stewarding the financial resources of Baptist World Aid, including the leadership of the International Programming finance. The role will ensure sound financial reporting, compliant management, business partnering and monitoring occur. A strong and trusted business partner to the Senior Leadership Team and CEO, the role leads a high-performing finance team, aligned with the organisation's vision, strategy and plans. Desired Skills and Experience Applicants will have: Post graduate qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Senior management experience in a similar role Team contributor - in a small hands on Executive team Demonstrated strong financial, business partnering and project management skills Excellent management skills, including ability to coach managers and develop staff Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated capacity to present financial reports to Board Proficiency in financial management software (e.g. Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite Why work with Baptist World Aid?
