- Technology and tools proficiency: Experience with portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps (ADO), PowerBI) to manage workflows, reporting, and delivery insights.
- Analytical & conceptual skills: Analytical abilities with a track record of developing actionable insights from high-level concepts.
- Business & financial acumen: Skilled in financial analysis and able to align portfolio support with strategic business goals.
- Stakeholder management: Communication skills with experience in managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Data modelling & visualisation: Proficient in data modelling and tools like PowerBI to provide insights and enhance decision-making.
- Project management: Capable of sequencing work and managing delivery timelines across cross-functional teams.
- Mentorship & leadership: Ability to mentor and guide analysts, fostering best practices across the PMO.
