Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can drive the implementation and management of delivery frameworks, tools, and processes? Join our Core & Integration Services (CIS) Programme Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Lead. In this role, you'll enable and enhance programme and project delivery by managing delivery frameworks, tools, and processes aligned with strategic priorities. You'll ensure proactive support, process adherence, insights, and governance support, overseeing planning, reporting, and risk management. Your efforts will foster consistency and transparency, empowering teams to deliver effectively and predictably. You'll support the CIS programme’s objectives and Customer First Product roadmap, contributing to broader transformation goals. This includes developing delivery artefacts, leading prioritisation efforts, and building PMO models and reporting for informed decision-making. Additionally, you'll mentor other analysts, driving best practices and upskilling team members. This is us. Where your expertise matters. • Delivery & commercial environment experience: Proven ability to navigate and contribute within a fast-paced, complex delivery and commercial setting.
• Change management expertise: Proven ability to introduce and embed process improvements and optimise workflows across complex programme environments.
• Technology and tools proficiency: Experience with portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps (ADO), PowerBI) to manage workflows, reporting, and delivery insights.
• Analytical & conceptual skills: Analytical abilities with a track record of developing actionable insights from high-level concepts.
• Business & financial acumen: Skilled in financial analysis and able to align portfolio support with strategic business goals.
• Stakeholder management: Communication skills with experience in managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Data modelling & visualisation: Proficient in data modelling and tools like PowerBI to provide insights and enhance decision-making.
• Project management: Capable of sequencing work and managing delivery timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Mentorship & leadership: Ability to mentor and guide analysts, fostering best practices across the PMO.
