With 16 stores across Bangalore, we prioritize quality and innovation in promoting healthy eating habits to improve people's health consistently. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Manager at 'Shyam Mishra Juice Center' in Bangalore. The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the store, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. CTC -> 3 to 3.6 LPA Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Operations Management and Store Management experience
- Ability to create a positive customer experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
