Job Description
- Ensur e the staff requisition cycle is running smoothly.
- Choose the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Build pool of candidates by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Call the qualified candidates and set interviews with them.
- Arranges interviews schedule and communicate them with the concerned parties.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
- Coordinate with different sources to subscribe and attend career fairs.
- Conduct job interviews and perform HR interview assessment report.
- Complete the Hiring Process. (Job Offer, inform the concerned Parties).
- Notify the concerned parties in both of head office and sites with newcomers to take the required action.
- Coordinate with compensation and benefits department to issue and send offer letter to accepted candidates.
- Prepare/update employment records related to hiring, transferring, and promotion
- Assist in writing and developing job descriptions.
- Contact universities to acquire top students for summer training program.
- Contact project managers to coordinate the process of summer training program and allocate the trainees on different sites successfully.
- Perform other related duties as required
