  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching, and data compilation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Update databases and spreadsheets with new employee information, customer data, etc.
  • Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
  • Responsible in preparing reports as requested by superiors.
  • Ensuring the office supplies is sufficient and stored properly.
  • Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, correspondences, and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matters related to the property's maintenance and management.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
