Job Description

* Design, configure and implement applications listed under Technical Skills and Qualifications* Manage application delivery build activities (design, configure, develop, unit test) in Jira* Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify and propose best technical solutions* Ensure that solution designs are properly understood and successfully followed* Conduct system design reviews* Works with business analysts and wider architecture team to refine requirements for business and technical problems* Provide basic design documents and translates into component-level designs to accelerate development.* Assist in developing technical documentation; participate in test-plan development, integration and deployment* Assist with investigation of live system issues and propose approaches to address the root cause, contributes to root cause analysis together with technical operations.* Partner with Functional, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Cybersecurity and Risk to develop enterprise grade applications that adhere to Standards* Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs* Accountable for collaborating with analysts and architects to understand the business requirements, identifying solution gaps and available capabilities, and defining solutions to meet the business need.* Manage Stakeholder's concerns regarding technical issues for their areas* Contributes to development of project plans.* Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open-source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.* Translates business domain understanding and context to technical capabilities for technical architects and development teams.* Produce system design documents* Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the system* Stay abreast of current trends/technologies in consumer space and be aware of technology initiatives from other best in class retailers and technology companies globally* Support prototype and proof-of-concept development efforts* Ensure work scope is maintained, and solutions are implemented on time and on budget* Give direction on how to leverage technology to solve business problems* Participate in project hyper care, and support the handover to technical operations team

Functional Skills* Interface with our IT stakeholders to understand requirements, set priorities and communicate direction and progress* Drive diverse thinking and problem solving* Implement Engineering strategy and vision for products, working closely with customers and product managers* Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid application implementation methodologies* Transforming business functional requirements into technical specifications, design technology solutions to meet business objectives* Experience in the following supply chain business processes:* Production Planning, Scheduling, and Optimization* Manufacturing and Shop-floor execution* Logistics inbound and outbound processes* Warehousing for manufacturing plants and component warehouses* Quality Management* Experience in implementing applications in regulated industries (CPG, Pharma)* Experience working independently, or as part of a larger team and 3rd party vendor SI resourcesTechnical Skills and Qualifications* Leadership experience as a Technical Architect or Development Lead* Experience in designing and implementing complex, cross-functional supply chain solutions* Hands-on experience in designing and configuring the following SAP modules:* SAP ECC Production, PP-PI* SAP ECC Logistics Execution inbound and outbound processes* SAP ECC Logistics Execution warehouse management* SAP ECC Batch management* SAP APO PP/DS* Experience implementing MES, Shopfloor, Enterprise Asset Management applications and integrating them with SAP* Experience integrating 3rd party WMS, WES, ASRS systems with SAP* Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably with Azure Cloud.
