Job Descriptions: Coordinate and arrange day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities Manage job file creation, costing, and other data entries Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders Handle and resolve disputes with clients/agents Ensure proper and timely billing/closing of all job files Qualifications and Requirements: No experience in the related field is required Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently, meticulous, self-motivated, and a team player Able to cope in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software #J-18808-Ljbffr
