Specific Responsibilities: Input and output label Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests, and feedback received via phone and e-mails Preparation for survey and moving event Inspection of items in the Warehouse Responsible for export shipping documents for both air and sea Input data into our tracking system Sales assistant duties, including data input and sales approach to customers via phone and e-mails Overall in charge of Moving Branch Office Admin functions Assist the Operations Team to indent and procure Moving related stationery & non-stationery items Responsible for invoicing clients Job Specifications/Requirements: Higher NITEC or Diploma or its equivalent Minimum 2 years of administrative & procurement support role; proficient in MS applications, particularly Excel and Word High interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel to achieve smooth communication Positive disposition with high energy to learn new things; highly organized with the ability to multitask Fluent in English and able to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers (an added advantage)#J-18808-Ljbffr
