Technical report reviewer - Textile products

[ Location: Delhi, India Core Responsibilities :

• Review and validate inspection reports to identify technical/typical errors in the reports.
• Provide feedback to inspectors.
• Fully understand the client's protocol and requirements and validate the inspection report according to the client's requirements.
• Communicate effectively with inspectors to improve overall quality deficiencies.
• Transmit revised reports to clients and/or upload reports to the client's system and/or database as required.
• Provide feedback to the client's database.
• Provide feedback to inspectors to improve overall quality.
• Assume overall responsibility and ensure that assigned reports are processed efficiently and on time.
• Report outstanding issues regarding the quality of reports to the relevant managers and QA in a timely manner.
• Work with inspectors to respond to and follow up on customer comments on reports.
• Monitor transparency and integrity.
• Ensure that the tested report is free of errors in accordance with the client's standards and specifications.

• Holders of a bachelor's degree/ diploma in any discipline, obtained from a reputable university
• Third party inspection experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in report reviewing of Consumer Goods in the electrical and electronic products industry or Hardline
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken in English
• Service oriented, strong interpersonal skills, highly professional and friendly
• Team player with good communication skills
