Exciting Opportunity Alert! VP - Business Intelligence Process Lead (People Manager) We are hiring for one of the leading GCCs to take on a pivotal role as VP, Business Intelligence Process Lead. Exp: 12+yrs People Management Location: Remote, India Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the intake and management of reporting project requests , ensuring seamless tracking, assignment, and updates across analytics functions.
- Oversee monthly reporting inventory processes , including reconciliation, attestation, and procedural evidence management.
- Implement robust risk and control measures , ensuring consistent execution and compliance across all analytics pillars.
- Create, enhance, and maintain procedural templates and documentation to align with evolving processes and audit outcomes.
- Lead the communication strategy for senior leadership to drive adoption of controls and process changes.
- Conduct training and mentorship sessions for Report Producers and Production Teams on L3 BI&R processes.
- Collaborate with governance and audit teams, managing reviews, risk-based sampling, and BSII coordination.
- 12+ years of relevant experience. .
- 8+ years of expertise in business intelligence/reporting processes and 6+ years in risk assessment and management.
- Proven experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring teams , with exceptional talent development skills.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools, project management practices , and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- The ability to navigate complexity, articulate visions, and drive measurable results within a matrix organization.
