Position Summary: Sikich is looking for a skilled Copywriter with 5-7 Years of experience to join our Sales & Marketing team to produce engaging and copyright-free content that aligns with our brand and business goals. The Copywriter will be responsible for creating high-quality, plagiarism-free content for various marketing and communication initiatives. This role requires a creative mindset, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to produce content that effectively represents the firm’s values and services. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to deliver impactful copy for recruitment posts, employee interview videos, Sikich Insights, Sikich India Snapshots, and other projects. Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and write compelling, copyright-free content for recruitment posts, employee interview videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging copy for Sikich Insights, Sikich India Snapshots, and other branded content.
- Ensure all written content aligns with the firm’s tone, style, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Global and Sales & Marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to copyright standards.
- Research industry trends and insights to produce relevant and impactful content.
- Provide creative input for video scripts, presentations, and internal communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and content formats.
- Exceptional command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with copyright laws and best practices for creating plagiarism-free content.
- Ability to understand and translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with content management systems and basic SEO principles is a plus.
