Desired skills: Business Analyst, Telco, Salesforce, Excel, Visio, IT Hybrid/Dublin - 3 days in office p/w The Business Analyst, positioned within the IT Department, will conduct the traditional responsibilities of a BA, such as managing tasks from gathering specifications to creating and delivering templates, reports, and dashboards, as well as providing end-user training and facilitating handover. However, the successful candidate is also expected to immerse themselves into our clients culture of collaboration, which means getting involved in responsibilities outside of your set 'job description'. They are searching for a real 'team player'.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Sitetracker requirements
- Configure workflows, templates, and dashboards on Sitetracker
- Design solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Train end users and assess organisational impacts
Criteria
- 3+ years' experience within a BA role
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Proficient in translating business needs into functional specifications
- Experience within the Telecoms industry (advantageous, not essential)
- Experience working on Salesforce, essential
- Highly proficient in both Excel & Visio
- Excellent in-house and external training
