Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their suitability for the role. Manage the onboarding process for new financial advisors, including orientation, training, and integration into the team. Develop and implement advisors retention strategies to reduce turnover, increase advisors engagement & 2 way feedback mechanism. Provide guidance and support to financial advisors on HR-related matters, including performance management, career progression, and corporate relations. Monitor and analyze recruitment and HR metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR to ensure the department remains competitive and compliant with regulations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to attract top talent. Requirements Diploma in relevant field.
