Central Area Competitive remunerations Good learning and career opportunities Job Title: Procurement Executive As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties: Undertake the complete procurement process, including assessing and comparing medical instruments/devices or consumables. Supervise daily procurement operations for the surgery centers and corporate office within the Group. Participate in negotiating quotes and procurement contracts to secure cost savings and favorable terms. Maintain records of user requisitions, processing purchase requisitions upon CEO approval. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers. Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs. Uphold compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Independently handle assigned procurement tasks. Manage stock inventory and oversee transfers as necessary. Ensure business adherence to regulations from relevant authorities. Verify purchased items and update inventory systems accordingly. Generate purchase requisitions/orders through the system. Confirm invoice accuracy against quotations before initiating supplier payments. Maintain open communication with internal team members regarding their requests.
