Job Highlights: Provide 24/7 standby support for maintenance and fault response. Travel across Singapore for maintenance purposes. Job Responsibilities: Execute system administration tasks: installation, deployment, testing, and commissioning. Prepare and maintain documentation such as maintenance reports and checklists. Create and update technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures. Collaborate with project teams and clients to plan and implement system upgrades and maintenance projects. Perform maintenance on VA servers, network equipment, and camera systems. Respond to and resolve user-reported IT issues promptly. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Implement security measures to protect systems from vulnerabilities and threats. Apply updates and patches to operating systems, applications, and drivers (e.g., Windows Server, RHEL).
