Sales Executive (Outdoor / B2B Sales) Salary Range: $2,600 to $3,000 Working Days: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) Work Location: Toh Guan Road (Near to Jurong East MRT) Industry: Packaging - Focus on Crating [Wooden Crates] Job Responsibilities Sales & Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s client base. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead Generation : Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Sales Presentations : Present the company’s packaging solutions and products to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of working with Acepac. Negotiation & Closing : Handle negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring regular contact and support for their packaging needs. Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide relevant feedback and recommendations. Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sectors. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications. Class 3 driver's license and possession of own transport is an advantage.
