This role will lead a remote team of Product Executives to drive product growth, execute go-to-market strategies, and expand our presence across various market segments. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Growth Product Vision: Develop and lead the growth strategy, focusing on expanding product impact and reach within relevant markets. Go-to-Market Execution: Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the product portfolio and reach growth targets. Team Leadership and Collaboration Remote Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote Product Executives and Product Specialists, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Performance Optimization : Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment by setting clear expectations, offering feedback, and supporting team development. Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the primary connection between the product team and senior management to maintain alignment on product direction and priorities. Product and Channel Development Lifecycle Management : Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring optimal availability and inventory management for assigned product lines. Channel Programs : Conceptualize and implement channel initiatives to drive demand and enhance customer and partner engagement. Partnership Development : Build and strengthen relationships with partners and vendors, leveraging insights for informed product development. Market and Competitor Analysis Market Intelligence : Gather and analyze market data, industry trends, and competitor information to guide product decisions. Product Line Evaluation : Conduct regular assessments of potential new product lines, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals. Stakeholder Management and Reporting Stakeholder Engagement : Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning them with product vision and GTM strategies. Reporting : Provide regular updates on product performance, market activity, and project progress to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Timeline Management and Training Timeline Management : Define and monitor task timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery of product initiatives. Milestone Tracking : Set clear milestones, manage resources effectively, and adjust timelines as needed to meet objectives. Team Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members and stakeholders, ensuring they are well-prepared to support product initiatives and follow best practices. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a product management role, ideally with exposure to AI, ERP, or technology-focused products. Demonstrated experience leading and managing remote teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Skills: Strategic Vision : Proven ability to develop and execute effective growth strategies. Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Remote Team Leadership : Experience in guiding and mentoring remote teams to achieve performance objectives. Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
