Front Desk Receptionist
Job details
- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude. - Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. - Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs. - Preparing meeting and training rooms. - Assist in preparing coffee, tea or water to visitors. - Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. - Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. - Sorting and distributing deliveries and courier mails.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Well organized and efficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
- Good proficiency in MS Office tools.
