This role is crucial for assisting merchants with onboarding and for localizing our product by gathering and delivering merchant feedback to our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in scale. Conduct onboarding calls to familiarize new users with our platform Localize content and products to meet the specific needs of the French-speaking markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and product improvements. Qualifications: Must be fluent in French. A deep understanding of cultural nuances in EMEA.
