JOB DESCRIPTION | Strategy Consultant, Labbrand Singapore ABOUT LABBRAND LABBRAND is a leading independent global brand consultancy founded in Shanghai in 2005 with offices in Paris, New York, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. We guide clients through every stage of the brand development journey – from inception and execution to management. DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION As the Strategy Consultant based in our Singapore office, you will contribute to creating meaningful and impactful brands through rigorous analytics and inspired creativity. You will actively participate in the development of brand strategies for assigned clients, produce and integrate high-quality end products, develop trust-based relationships with day-to-day client contacts, and support cross-department collaboration. You will become a brand expert in tune with the latest developments in the branding field and be exposed to multiple research projects using both traditional and innovative methodologies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Project Excellence Keen ownership of brand strategy techniques and development of analysis, with a strong sense of accountability. Support and assist the Senior Consultant / Associate Strategy Director during the project lifecycle. Deliver high-quality reports and project outcomes timely. Coordinate with other departments for cross-department projects. Develop efficiency in pitch project management under the guidance of the Senior Consultant / Associate Strategy Director. Client Engagement Collaborate with Business and Account Management to activate existing clients and develop new clients. Support Senior Consultant / Associate Strategy Director in brand strategy proposals and attend pitch and presentation meetings. Thought Leadership Contribute to content development, such as technical articles and presentations that reflect Labbrand thought leadership. Assist in capturing internal best practices and organizing compelling case studies and newsletters. Support and participate in marketing activities. Team Development Explore new territories beyond traditional brand strategy and market research. Note: this responsibilities list is non-exhaustive. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in any discipline; Business – Strategy, Marketing Management, Economics, or other relevant studies preferred. 2 years of relevant post-graduate job experience in brand strategy or research. Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Market research experience is a bonus. Strong work ethic, quality-focused mindset, and good entrepreneurial spirit. Cross-cultural sensitivity with proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
