What You’ll Be Doing: Become an Industry Insider: Dive deep into the world of ICT and Media to understand exactly what skills are in demand and how we can make our curriculum cutting-edge and relevant. Data-Driven Strategy Wizard: Craft and execute innovative, data-driven strategies to boost employment rates and career growth for fresh grads. Master of Metrics: Use data analysis to assess the impact of our PET programmes and keep our data dashboard in top shape. Connector Extraordinaire: Partner with universities, polytechnics, ITE and industry leaders to create fantastic opportunities (think internships, projects, and more) that make sure students are job-ready from day one. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 5 years in policy or strategy development — bonus points if it’s in ICT or Media! Experience working with government agencies is a plus. A creative problem solver who can break down complex issues, analyze data, and come up with innovative solutions. Someone who genuinely cares about the impact of their work and has empathy for the people affected by their strategies.
